We currently deliver to Mainland UK only, including England, Wales, and selected areas of Scotland.

We do not deliver to:

  • Channel Islands
  • Scilly Isles

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated in working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Standard items: 5-10 working days
  • Large or bulky furniture: 7-14 working days
  • Made-to-order items: 3-4 weeks

Delivery Process

  • Delivery is typically made to your front door or nearest accessible point
  • Larger items may be delivered to the ground floor only
  • Some items may require assistance to move inside the property

If your order contains multiple items, they may be delivered separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Missed Deliveries
