Delivery Coverage
We offer free standard delivery to most mainland UK postcodes, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days. However, we are unable to deliver to certain remote regions and islands. These locations include:
- Scottish Islands & Remote Highlands
- Scilly Isles
- Isle of Wight
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
If your delivery address falls within any of the restricted areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.
Delivery Process
All deliveries are handled by trusted third-party carriers and suppliers. Due to varying stock availability and supplier locations, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments, and items may arrive on different dates.
- Kerbside Delivery: Deliveries are kerbside only, which means the delivery driver will bring your item to the nearest accessible point outside your property. Please ensure that you have appropriate help to move the items indoors once delivered.
- Refusal of Delivery: If delivery is refused due to the inability to move goods indoors, it will be treated as a change-of-mind return, and return shipping fees may apply.
Delivery Failures & Refusals
If the delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address or customer unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.
- In certain cases, if the order cannot be successfully delivered, the order may be cancelled and refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Inspection & Reporting
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. You will be asked to sign for the goods, acknowledging receipt.
- Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported to us within 48 hours.
- Reporting damage or incorrect items does not affect your statutory rights or your 14-day return period for faulty or defective goods.
Delivery Times
- Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays), starting from the next working day after your order is accepted.
- Note: Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, supplier stock availability, and carrier issues may cause delays. We will communicate any delays promptly.
- Weekend or Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.
- Your Rights: Delays do not affect your right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
